This is a new office procedure using the patient’s own blood to concentrate anti-inflammatory cytokines and anabolic growth factors returning them to the site of the insult within the knee joint. An adequately powered, well-controlled, randomized multicenter study has establish clinical efficacy of this treatment approach.
