At Clinic 360, your personalized surgical quote is designed to provide complete transparency and includes:

• Surgeon’s fees
• Anesthesia fees
• Operating room fees
• Any applicable implants, garments, or additional medical supplies

Please note that cosmetic surgical procedures are subject to HST.

Quotes are valid for **6 months** from the date of your consultation.

Consultation Fees

At Clinic 360, all consultations are complimentary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient and helps ensure timely access to consultations for everyone.

Booking Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve your surgery date and secure the operating room, anesthesia team, and nursing staff. In most cases, the deposit is from $1000-$2500.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due **at least 3 weeks before surgery**. Flexible installment payment arrangements may be available upon request.

Surgery Cancellation Policy

Your surgery date requires advance scheduling of operating room time, anesthesia services, and nursing staff. As a result, cancellation fees may apply.

Surgery Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your surgery without charge if notice is provided at least 4 weeks before your scheduled surgery date

If surgery is rescheduled within 4 weeks of the scheduled date, an administration fee equal to 10% of the total surgical fee will apply.

For any additional rescheduling requests, a fee of $1,000 + HST will be charged for each change.

If a surgery is rescheduled and later cancelled, the refund amount will be based on the cancellation policy in effect on the date the surgery was rescheduled.

Revision Surgery Policy

This policy applies only to patients who have had their original procedure performed at Clinic 360. Revision surgery requests for procedures performed by other surgeons or at other clinics are considered new consultations and are not eligible under this revision policy.

Surgical results continue to evolve during the healing process. For this reason, revision or touch-up procedures are generally not assessed until at least 6 to 12 months after surgery, allowing sufficient time for healing and final results to develop.

The decision to offer revision surgery is made on an individual basis and is at the discretion of your surgeon.

If a revision procedure is approved and performed within 1 year of the original surgery, the surgeon's professional fee may be waived. Patients remain responsible for operating room fees, anesthesia fees, and any implants, garments, or associated medical costs.
